How to prepare kids for disaster? Oh geez. This is where we’re at right now, isn’t it.
My daughters are ages 5 and 6 (technically, the older on is this close to 7 — and she will remind you if you say she’s 6). They’re little. But man, the world is freakin’ me out lately. Hurricanes, fires, more hurricanes and earthquakes. (End of days?!?! I won’t even go there — that’s a whole other blogpost.)
