The word ‘mom’ basically means the exact same as the phrase ‘multi-task.’ So why not offer multitasking tips for motivated moms? And oh! Guess what: Turns out that moms multi-task SO MUCH, we need 20-30 more minutes of sleep each night in order to give our brains adequate time to repair itself. That’s right, our multi-tasking is making our brains more tired, faster. It’s like we’re in all-out battle all day, every day, and our brains and bodies are fighting to keep up. Fabulous.
