I’ve been crazy lately. Weird. Frantic. Nervous. I’m thinking it has something to do with a wacky week that included my daughter’s 5th birthday parties (notice I said that in the plural… one Sunday night dinner for family & one after-school tea party for neighborhood friends — both homemade, if you will) plus wild night at Disneyland, a disappointingly-boring Kanye West concert and random other things that suck your time.
So I’ve been crazy. Weird. Frantic. Nervous. MOODY. (Yeah. My husband loves me right now.)
How to relax, reclaim balance and fix it? Me time. But me time isn’t always a feasible option. So I tried this –>
