It’s HERE. You might’ve recently spotted my new-real-mom workout on Hallmark Channel’s “Home & Family,” where I briefly showed off the original 4moms Origami self-folding stroller… this is the baby with the LCD screen that features the outdoor temperature-reader, odometer of how far you’ve walked, self-charging battery (as you push it) as well as cell phone charger… and of course it folds down all by itself with the push of a button.
But guess what: THERE’S MORE TO THE ORIGAMI STORY NOW. What you didn’t see on “Home & Family?” The new MINI-Origami.
Power-folding, now in mini. The 4moms Origami mini-stroller has the power features of the Origami but weights less than 16 pounds. Power features include power fold and unfold, on-board generators, an LCD screen, daytime running lights and cell-phone charging. The 4moms origami mini offers an extended three-position recline and enhanced storage. It will retail at less than $450 and will be available in late 2014.
Now that’s a fabulous find (if you’re into the whole techy-stroller thing, that is). Check out 4moms for more info and additional fab products for moms and kids. And for more info about my new-real-mom workout regime (partially inspired by the fabulous Lisa Druxman of Stroller Strides) check out “Home & Family” online.
Is this stroller sturdy? It doesn’t really look it. if it’s available by august, i’ll wait. You can sign up to be notified when you can preorder it at Pishposh baby , btw. http://www.pishposhbaby.com/4moms-origami-mini.html
Hi Venessa! Honestly, I’m not sure how the mini-version is (haven’t seen/tested it firsthand)… but I DO KNOW that they original version is pure quality, sturdy and impressive. 4moms is a very high-end brand that focuses on quality, so I’m hoping that their mini-version of the Origami design is on par with the original…
