What’s more fabulous than free diapers? Watching me apologize to Target for doubting their Up&Up brand of diapers. WATCH:
I didn’t know I was such a diaper snoot until I was proven W.R.O.N.G. about my preconceived notions. These seem too thin. They’re not a brand name. There’s no ‘pee-pee indicator line’ that turns blue when it’s time to change it. Boy was I an idiot. Never will I prejudge again (nor be compelled to only purchase those diaper brands that only begin with a “P” or an “H.” No hate to them, but they’ve got some serious competition with Up&Up. And I don’t lie.)
So you know, Up&Up is an exclusive Target ® brand that provides high-quality, well-designed products at low prices… spanning 45 categories including health care, household care, personal care, baby care and beauty. Up&Up diapers offer excellent leakage protection with thin, soft and cloth-like stretchable sides for a cozy fit. So far, I’ve gone through about 2 packages and am impressed… so is LilMiss. We never had a leak while using Up&Up (and we’ve had some SERIOUS blowouts, people). They also have stretchable grip sides, a soft and snug back panel and an ultra-absorbent core for strong day and night protection. Each pack is about $10 cheaper than other brands that may start with an “H” or “P.” Not to mention, we kinda dig the cute blue+green dot design! The only thing missing is the ‘pee-pee indicator line’ that some of those other brands have down the front (which I did miss the first few times I switched) but then I forgot about it, proceeded to change my baby when duty called and life was fine. (Funny how we get ‘conditioned’ to believe that we ‘need’ certain things that cost more money when we actually DON’T.)
To make YOU a believer, TheFabMom is giving away TWO (TWO!) packs of Up&Up diapers to one lucky winner. Just drop me a comment or email, describing your most chaotic diaper change in recent memory and we’ll take it from there. (For a sample of one of my crazy stories, click here!) Contest limited to U.S. residents only and ends Monday June 11 at 11:59pmPST.
And regardless if you win, CLICK HERE FOR A BUNCH OF FAB COUPONS FOR UP&UP PRODUCTS!

My Lo had a blowout when we were walking around Santa Cruz, CA when he was about 4 months. We were in the downtown, very college/hipstery area, so there were no bathrooms with changing tables. We ended up on a park bench with my hubby standing behind to make sure the lottle guy didn’t roll off while I tried to quickly (it was getting cold) change his diaper and clothes without smearing poop all over him

When I was changing my newborn baby boy’s diaper he started to poop. Great! Not only did it get all over my hands but it shot out from beyond the diaper and got on 4 couch cushions! This is what I get for trying to take a short cut and not use the changing table. Thankfully my cushions have zip off covers and I was able to wash them. 🙂 Target diapers are AWESOME. I have 3 little one’s and they are so affordable. I have 2 children in diapers right now so it’s a must to save where you can. Thanks 🙂

While hiking in Yosemite we needed to change a diaper quickly but we didn’t have anything (or anywhere) to lie the baby down so we had to change her while standing. Good times.
