I’m not trying to be cool. I’m not trying to be mysterious. I’m just trying to keep LadyP content. The chick likes shades. And for some reason it’s the funniest thing in the world when I put them on.
I wear them while eating dinner (in my own kitchen). I wear them at the doctor’s office (yes, as I’m getting examined). I wear them when I change her diaper. She finds them in my bag, hands them to me, whines until I put them on and then giggles uncontrollably when I do. Thank you, Marc Jacobs. (Who would’ve guessed these little puppies would provide so much entertainment when I bought them years ago?) But what exactly is soooo funny? She’s probably laughing about how much I look like a too-cool-for-you idiot in inappropriate places. Whatever works. At least she has good taste.
