Actually, Grandma did it… but I was a very willing accomplice. After 4 fab days in NYC (doing a little dream job) and 2 full days after that of both LadyP and me being sniffly and sick, the time had come for me to cross to the other side.
We now have an Elmo doll. (What’s worse, he’s really cute.)
I am now THAT mom. And we are all happy.
I should add though, that we enhanced our Elmo purchase with LadyP’s first fab pair of silver Pediped walking shoes. Does that make us cool again? Maybe I should ask teen heartthrob Taylor Lautner about this when I interview him tomorrow…
